How do I remove a Driver from my policy?Companies require that drivers be remove in writing. This can be done in our office, by mailing us a letter requesting the change or by faxing us the change request. Please when you request this change write the following:
- Name of Driver
- reason for removal
- license #
- date of birth
Note: only name owner of the policy may request changes.
